Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, certain items such as personalized or intimate products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Starting the Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed. Once you have your RA number, package your return securely in its original packaging with any included accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the package.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note, refunds may be adjusted for any restocking fees, shipping costs, or taxes.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer service to begin the exchange process. Availability may vary, and any price differences or extra shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be your responsibility. These may be deducted from your refund.
